Are sites like Facebook free on the Samsung Galaxy Ace?

I'm thinking about getting a Samsung Galaxy Ace and a friend told me you get sites like Facebook, Twitter, etc free. I don't know if this is true or not? I'm not getting it on contract, or having any deals except the free texts and internet when I top up. Even if I don't get the free internet from orange will it still be free?

If your getting free internet then you would assume you can go on those sites for free, yet i doubt that you'd be able to get them for free without paying for internet, you'd probably have to but mobile web. Hope this helps!
