Is he interested or just being friendly?

This guy started talking to me on Twitter. He messaged me and it was brief cos there wasn't a lot to say. A couple of days later he talked to me again and introduced himself and mentioned a few things he liked etc. And we've been talking since pretty much.

He lives a few hours away but his friends live near me. He asked if I wanted coffee (I was studying at the time he asked so I said yeah) and when he replied I realised he meant meet up lol. I'm so naive about stuff like this so I don't know if he's interested or just one of those people who like to make a lot of friends.

We've been quite flirty and he's said he'll be around soon if I want to meet but I don't know. It might be too soon. I think if we met we'd get on great. We have the same sense of humour and he seems really sweet.

He seems to be initiating most of it like messaging me, the flirting and asking to meet. I don't trust people easily and I'm not naive in that sense. Like I know he could be doing the same to other girls. But can someone give me advice on this. Any help/thoughts etc much appreciated.

Definitely ask to bring a friend.
He could just be a nice genuine person, but it's not worth the risk to meet up alone with someone who you've never met before.

Plus asking to bring a friend makes it less of a "date" situation if you were worried about that =]

Clearly interested if he lives a few hours away and wants to meet up, I would never drive that far to make a friend
