Yes it will eventually go back to normal as i did this as well I had 1500 followers then I deactivated my account, then reactivated it and I only had 900 followers. But then I logged on again the following day and I had 1500 again

Hi !You're better off doing what I did and just purchase an actual account. I had bough one years ago off a seller on ebay and my home business boomed so much its my full time income now.
