Troube uploading my Yahoo! profile picture?

I go to my Yahoo! Profile. Then I click "Change Picture" on the bottom of my current picture. I am given the option to have no photo, my old photo, or to link Facebook and Twitter accounts. Where do I go to upload my own picture as I have been able to do for the past 5 years? Do I have to link Facebook or Twitter accounts in order to change my Yahoo! Profile picture now?

Yahoo is having major dramas with avatars & profile pictures. You don't need Facebook or Twitter for it though.
Try clearing your cache & try again. If it still won't work there is nothing you can do. Many people are having a hard time with them.
