Does a cellphone connected to wifi use data?
So I bought a Samsung Galaxy Gio, and got the $25 Virgin Plan. I've been using Youtube, Facebook and Twitter, while connected to Wi-Fi. I have pay per use data, and I was wondering if using those apps while connected to Wi-Fi uses up data.

I have tmobile with no data plan, and only use free wifi with no extra charges

WiFi usage does not use data from over the cell tower network, so no, WiFi usage will not count against your bill at all.
