How do I reach people with my fb business page?

I got a biz (website) page on fb to promotte my site but so far I haven't figured out any way to add friends or much of anything else except use my timeline as a public journal. What can I do to reach my market with fb?

If I were you, and trying to do what you are, I'd create a flyer (*.jpg poster for what you do) using lots of colors and the appropriate level of professionalizm suited to what you do. Then I'd spend ages just joining Facebook groups and posting it on the group wall. Sure, you'll get banned from numerous groups, possibly some hate mail, but you'll raise the chance of someone who needs what you do seeing it.

If, for example, your website is for web design, join computer/internet groups and put them there (obviously joining parenting groups or something like that would be silly but relevant-semi relevant groups'd be a good place to start).
