Where do I advertise my new business?

I have a new .com site I just started with a party company and I wanted to know if it was any other sites I can advertise my at home business to a large group of people? I am already on Myspace and Facebook but I know there are a few others out there.
I live in Philadelphia and I already pass out business cards and flyers when I am out eating, drinking, shopping and even going to the bank and things.

Your best option for a new site is to look at Cost-Per-Click (CPC) on Google or Yahoo.
