I been going on a wild goose chase. Looking for answers if these ereaders have facebook abilities OR do they just have wifi. Idek maybe you can help me.

Do any e-readers allow you to go on facebook and youtube under $200 (maybe around 150-130 bucks)

e-readers: no, even if you could, 99% of them are black & white, which would not work well with Youtube or facebook

you can get cheap tablet PCs that you can do facebook and youtube on, for around that price easily.

All popular eReaders now in the market have screen in greyscale, i.e. display black and white color. They use eInk screen for reading purpose, and eInk has slow refresh rate making it impossible to watch video on YouTube. Because of this, almost all ebook readers come with web browser that is pretty basic, so don't expect you can use it for all functions on facebook.

I'll recommend the Kindle Fire instead. The new model has screen much improved, and many users found it's very good for reading. You can check the user opinion here about this:

So I'll recommend the Kindle Fire HD, which is the bestselling model of Kindle right now:

It's a full featured tablet, so definitely it can use Facebook and YouTube without any problem. It has a dolby audio speaker, which is even better than the speaker of iPad. It has an HD screen showing videos in high definition resolution.

If you still want a e-reader, then Kindle Paperwhite is the best. You can share what you read to your friends on facebook, just don't expect to have too many other facebook features, or watch any video on youtube.

Hope that helps.
