Can anyone suggest a topic for an MBA master's thesis in Marketing?

I have a couple ideas in mind, but perhaps the Y!A community may have a better idea...

I would like it to focus on healthcare and/or non-profit organizations since that's where I've worked for most of my adult life. While it should focus on marketing, I believe that any business related topic would be acceptable.

an interesting topic related to marketing could be the new methods and opportunities related to market research, especially in using social networking sites and new technologies (gps on cell phones for example for tracking hotspots) and how they could affect marketing for companies in the future (incl. non profits). also you could consider any problems they may present in the future or privacy issues as well.

Given legal barriers and/or limitations that prescription drug companies have to go through to advertise their products, should they use social networking sites like myspace and facebook to educate, communicate with, and/or get feedback from consumers? What are the pros and cons? If you recommend that they should, then how should they approach it? What are the things that they need to address and/or be concerned with?
