Can I get in trouble for making a "bullshit" twitter account?

about 4 days ago I thought it would be funny to make a twitter page and basically I would tweet about all the crazy and just random stuff that happens. I posted a few tweets about people (most of them didnt have names in them, but like 2 did have names) and I also tweeted a video that I didnt upload, about a fight. the video was taken down, and I didnt really care. I then posted a tweet about a teacher and saying that hes a dick, and he doesent give a crap about students and lies his way out of situations. today in school, everyone some how nows its me, but I keep denying it, because I dont want to get in trouble. But everyone is telling me that the police are investigating, and all this shit. I was wandering if I can get in trouble, for what I tweeted and stuff....
I dont think I could, I have my rights, and I have a freedom of speech and press, but Im just scared they will come and take all of my computers and check them..

You have the right of free speech, but that doesn't include slander and libel.

If you are saying things to intentionally harm your teacher's character, and these things are not true, then you may be guilty of a crime.

If you made another twitter account did you follow all yor friends from your school? If so, the first thing you probably did when you set up the account is follow yourself to connect you to all your own followers...that's how they can tell it's you. If someone where to look and see who you first followed and see that it's your real account that's how they can tell it's you. So you should unfollow yourself (you can always re follow yourself it's only to get your name off the bottom) If its not too late.. On the other matter I don't think they can prove its you. You could even just delete the account. I doubt they can do anything though. You can't really prove its you and unless the police had an analyst track your IP address or something and unless you did something really really bad on there then the police wouldn't bother messing with all of that they don't have time for little thigs like that. So I don't think you have anything to worry about. Just lay low and let everything pass. You should be good.
