How do I get the new twitter?

There has been a new twitter for a few months, now. Everyone on my timeline is complaining about it.
I made a new account and I have the new twitter. I LOVE it. It's SO much better than the one I have now, but how do I get it on my old twitter?
I've been waiting for it for months, I really want it. >.<

The issue seems to be happening for most of the old twitter users. Twitter is too slow in rolling out the new twitter update to all of its twitter users. However a quicker way of getting the new Twitter for your computer is by downloading the new twitter app for your Android or iPhone and integrating the account with the desktop version which will roll out the new versions to the desktop immediately. Else you may need to wait for Twitter themselves to do it, no other ways available!

Seems like twitter is focusing the roll out mainly for users who spend more time on twitter. Also they wish to capture the mobile space faster than their counterparts Facebook. Part of their marketing strategy!!!!
