So, there is this guy I met at work, through him constantly coming on my floor starring at me and finally getting the balls to say hi one day. We hit it off and he asked for my Facebook. Long story short he ended up getting my number and one day I asked if he wanted to go to the mall. He came to my apt, we went to the mall, then came back to my place for a glass of wine. We ended up running Into my neighbor that night, which we ended up going to his apt for the rest of the night. My neighbor asked us, if we were dating. I quickly said NO, just because I knew we weren't. Ever since, this guy has been kind of flaky with texts and doesn't ever contact me any more. At work he's always giving me attention, staring and saying hi, but he's just stopped contacting me when we aren't physically together. I see him tweet all these girls on twitter like he used to do with me, I deep down feel like he does like me, but maybe me saying NO to us not dating, made him think I didn't like him? What do you guys think? Also, we did hang out 1 month ago. He wanted me to go with him to my neighbors party. The whole night he would moch me, and kept touching my arm. More info, this guy is 26 and celibate. Maybe that has something to do with it too? Please help, I really like him :/

he probably liked you before but after you said he wasnt your boyfriend he moved on but still says hi at work like a friend would, he kinda seems like a player in my opinion..as for the staring he might still have feelings for you
