Best way to create a survey through facebook?

For my business class we have to create a product in groups, we are actually producing this product so we need to primary research and as my role I am to create a survey through facebook to find out what consumers want. My survey has around 15 questions and I was wondering how I might go about creating it through facebook. I understand there is a question page but those questions are more polls than surveys. So does anyone know how i can publish a survey though facebook? thanks
