Is there anyway to schedule the tweets on twitter?

I want to program twitter to send the tweets when I wish to.
How to do that?

Hi,
This is very easy to do! There are a few free programs that allow you to do that.
I personally use many of them for their own functionality.

I use twAitter for recurring tweets. You can post some tweets at certain dates and make them recurrent if you want to! it is very useful!

I also love twitterfeed because you can post tweets automatically from a programmed feed.
You will tweet for certain keywords without actually doing anything. I love this one as you can be active even if you don't open twitter for a day or 2...

Of course there are many other tools, but those 2 are the good ones for me.
