I forgot my password & email for a past twitter account?

So I made a twitter like, over a year ago (I don't remember why), and I forgot about it. Then today... I suddenly remembered I had it. xD

Problem is, idk the password or email.
I'm debating weather if I wanna keep it and use it, or go into it and delete it.

So would there be a way getting into it possibly or would I have to make a new one (If I wanna use it)?
