Is there a way to know where the redbull minicoopers are going to be?

So basically the redbull minicoopers give away free red bulls. I was wondering if there was a page or twitter or something that says "the redbull minicooper will be in this school or supermarket at this time"

I just want to follow them and score free redbulls. Thank you.
