Can I get in trouble for this?
I commented on someone's twitter telling them they could suck my d*ck (jokingly) and now they're threatening to call the cops. Can I get arrested for this?

Probably not but if they complained to Twitter you could be banned for life from their website though

I really doubt the cops can do anything. You were not threatening anyone, and there is the whole freedom of speech.
