Why isnt notification centre appearing in lock screen?

I have just jailbroken my iphone on ios 5.1.1..
I tried few cydia apps..thn i tried sbsettng..but howevr i didnt lyk d app..nd removd it.. after doing so..i cant see notification center in my lock screen..howevr it does app whn d phone is unlockd..plz hlp to resolv dis issue..

You seem to have missed the "broken" part of jailbroken.

You will need to undo whatever you did that broke the phone.
