I own http://scrapbookmoney.com, there is never a 'best' way to gain more followers as different techniques work for different sites and different people. I suggest you learn about the different ways you can establish your blog in your niche, here's the main ways that you do that:

- Improve your SEO
- Social Media, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIN, Diggit
- Submit content to article directories - Gain a backlink + traffic.
- Advertise!
- Give something away, people usually like to give away free eBooks.
