I need help with some of my story?

Hi, so I am currently writing a story and I need help with some of the little details. Here is the summary:

Hadlee is a 16 year old half werewolf, who is the heir to the Cartel- an organization of werewolves who communicated with other races on governmental basis. However, it was corrupted and Hadlee’s grandfather was murdered. Now, the Cartel is out to kill the rest of the “royal” family, and any other wolves who aren’t pureblooded. Hadlee’s mother is killed and she is found by Dimitri Resolli who immediately takes her to _________ Academy, where he is a teacher, and places her into training. Hadlee then meets Xavier Belikov, her battle instructor, who makes it his personal goal in life to make her world all the more ******. And when she begins to receive ominous messages, she and her friend Ariel Infier do some digging, until they begin to connect the dots between Hadlee and the Cartel.

So, basically I need help on the Name of the School. I DONT want it to do ANYTHING with werewolves, the full moon, anything. Also, I need help with coming up with classes for the students to take at the school. I have math, english, wolf history and battle tactics so far, but I want at least 5 more. And also, I guess Im not totally sure on HOW the Cartel really starts to get at her, sparking her research on herself. If you have any ideas, please please PLEASE help!

how about Star-Cross acadamy?
as for classes:
hunting
hiking
dueling
wolf language (they coould have their own native language)
weight training
track
control (being one with your wolf-self)

and finially for Cartel they could have run into an issue with her grandfather which is why hes dead. maybe he has found something they did not want him to find? what if Hadlee is not your average half wolf? what if her mother had a secret of her own?
