How can i tell him i like him, or flirt with him so he knows?

Theres this boy that ive gotten to know over the past few weeks. Were always laughing when were around each other and smiling. I think he likes mr but im not so sure if hes just being friendly. We talk alot at school but nothing serious just joking around i guess. People say that he probably likes me cause he doesnt treat me the way he does other girls. He sometimes comes out of his way to come talk to me and will randomly touch me around my face area and a cute romantic way you might see a boyfriend play with his girl. But i want him to know i like him cause that would make it soo much easier but i am NOT gonna come out and tell him "i like you" and i cant talk to him on fb or twitter or text cause he doesnt have ANY of those.

Just give him a naughty smile that will make him go crazy and touch him while laughing like give him a slight touch on his lap. ..lie somtimes on his shoulder(if u think that will be to much) then just touch yourself alot in front of him..i heared that guys like it when we girls touch our neck... lips etc in front of them it gives them some fealing from within that they also want to touch us...well iam not realy that well in showing my fealings to boy whome i like but i jst read this in one of the sites on google
