A question on twitter pls...?

I have started my twitter account and I wish to have friends from any country yet I dont know how to make a contact..for instance,in FB you'll have to send a friend request to be friends with someone.But here what's the procedure.Pls note: My personal friends do not use twitter.But I'll be happy to be friends with anyone I like..I just tweet on my wall and follow some celebrities..that's all I do.No followers or anything.Am new..Can any one help me??

You can follow people.

Some will follow you back some won't. Just don't over do it or else they will ban your account

Dont ever think ppl will follow you back in twitter

but twitter is lot better than fb...

some will definately follow u if u are regular and repli to every tweet

its depends on how u customize ur profile and hash tags in ur tweets

always keep in "tweet like nobody is following me" then they will increase

follow me if u want
