What are some good qualities of a webpage used to stop boredom?

I am getting so tired of the webpages that are out there like facebook, twitter, pinterest and 9gag and I want to create a new interesting website for people to use to kill boredom.
Any thoughts on what you would like to see on a webpage that would interest you?

Heh, those are all the end result of any jokes. There are more forefront places for your internet enjoyment like 4chan or something.

Or you could find an internet hobby that is a tad more substantial than just looking at ragecomics all day.
