Help Twitter suspended my account!?

Hey so here is the deal, My old account was hacked yesterday so I wasted no time and created a new account. I use an automated follower website I know its against twitters rules but I do it in moderation so much that my old account (which was hacked) had 30k + followers but it was hacked so therefore I made a new one and I used the follower website in moderation with my new account. I recognized one of the websites caused my account to be suspended once so I stopped using the website some times passed and low and behold my new account was suspended for the second time. I recognized that twitter does not truly suspend your account the first time and gives you a warning but the second time requires that you email them. I would like to know from anyone how long I would have to wait before I get a reply or my account is back up p.s It has been 5 hours since and I have emailed them about 6 times in the first hour hoping for a reply. PLEASE ANYONE?! thank you in advance for your time
