How do you send a tweet to twitter without having the internet on your phone in the PHILIPPINES?
i can do updates on my phone on facebook by sending it to 2933 (globe) how do i do that with twitter?

my phone is a Blackberry and i'm subscribed to Super Surf where i tweet using UberSocial or Twitter by RIM...

but when i was on prepaid using a Nokia, i text "TWEET" then the tweet to 2363. i think you have to register by texting TWEET REG <Twitter ID> <Password>.
