Is this to mature for an 11 year old?

I no and 11 year old and she has facebook twitter tumblr instagram hotmail gmail and pinterest. She is very mature as in she had a boyfriend for how long and she wears make up. a lot of her friends do to but is she to mature. Like im 13 and I play computer games still xD. She knows that she isnt a teenager yet. Also is very resposible when it comes to internet she DOES NOT give out any information at all. On her facebook if your not friends with her you can only see her name and profile picture. Even though she only has her middle name on there. She isnt like stupid on facebook either. She doesnt do those farmville games and she isnt annoying. But is that to mature?
She does have super vision on all of these sites. Her mom dad sister and 2 aunts are on facebook and on twitter her 20 year old sister is and hotmail her mom pinterest her moms friends who basically tell my mom if anything is wrong and gmail she said she doesnt go on any more. So she does have super vision and her mom questions every one she adds. So its not like she just makes it out of the blue!

I don't see why it's a problem for her to have all these things if she uses them responsibly. Some older kids shouldn't have these privileges because they don't know how to use them.

yes, an 11 year old shouldn't be allowed on these websites without supervision. but, in my opinion neither should a 13 yr old.

I think so. I think socializing is kind of lame now, it's all internet based. When I was in high school, "myspace" was just beginning to get popular and all we used it for was to "roast" each other on the bulletins. We called them "roast sessions." lol Nowadays kids take social networking way too serious. Taking all these dumb pictures.

I'm afraid if you're under 13, Facebook and Twitter don't allow you to register. Even with parental supervision.

You're 13, she's 11, and no matter what you say, you're both immature children. You don't understand that yet because you're immature children. You don't have the mental capability to understand it, and you're not supposed to. There are obviously exceptions to this, but you and your friend certainly don't sound like you'd fit the bill. You're naïve, people will take advantage of you and you won't even know it. Plus the fact that your friend is breaking the law by being on all those sites, since COPPA clearly states the minimum age is 13. So no, it isn't too "mature" for an 11-year-old, it's just stupid.
