How to get my twitter account unsuspended?

so i got suspended for following to many people in a short time.
i tried to get it unsuspended by emailing them and stuff like youre supposed to and they said this:

Following large numbers of users in an attempt to attract attention to your own account can be annoying to other users and is a violation of the Twitter Rules (http://twitter.com/rules).

It says that they unsuspended me but my account is still suspended. i wrote them again and they sent the same thing. what do i do?
& when you become unsuspended, do you get your followers back? because i have like some famous people following me & i want to keep them there lol.

Just sit back and wait and when you can use your account again yes you will get all of your followers back.

You can not.It is just like yahoo answers.Once they suspend your account it is done.And they will send the same thing to you.Sorry.
