What are some good online websites for a 12 year old?

My cuz is 12 and she keeps asking me what games I used to play last year when I was 12. I keep saying that I wasn't really into that many games but she won't stop asking me. She's not aloud facebook, twitter, tumblr, myspace etc. and she already has YouTube. I've told her about girls go games and she didn't like it, she got bored of miniclip pretty quickly and got to old for moshi monsters, club penguin and bin weivals over a year ago. She said that she would quite like a social network game site, a bit like facbook but for younger ages and more grown up than virtual pets etc. She's been begging me to put this on so please answer, thanks! :-)

Well, im 13, and the only thing I can think of is fantage. Its not really a social network like facebook, though, its a virtual world. Its not really like moshi monsters and club penguin since youre a human in the game, and alot of people on there is around 11-16.
