How does one get internet connection up a mountain?

Hey, me and my friend are climbing Kilimanjaro in the summer and we're doing a blog thing about the trip. We'd love to be able to post on Facebook or twitter when we're up the mountain but obviously there's very little WIFI up there. What do you suggest would be the best way to get the internet up Kili?

Most mountains still have cellular network, so if you are using Verizon you could have a hotspot.

I know when a friend climbed, they were off the radar for weeks. You can look into satellite smartphones that allow you to receive internet using satellites. They are expensive but worth it.
