Twitter won't let me change my profile pic?

I tried signing in and out it didn't work. I'm in internet explorer. my pic is under the biggest amount it can be. the thing keeps saying your settings have been saved but nothing changes. and I just made my twitter so I don't really want it to be an egg :/ helppppp
ok if theres something wrong with my account what am I supposed to do? make another one?

thats what happened to me when i first started. 1st u need to make sure ur picture is the right size not too big and not too small,as soon as u upload ur pic click save u will find the button at the bottom of the page after u do that refresh ur page then click on profile if it didn't appear then that mean something is wrong with ur account.
