How To Get More Internet Traffic?
I just got a website ( grunt.ws ) and I need to know how to get more traffic to my site? free or paid? And what are the best paid traffic sites, not the crapy ones?

You get traffic to your site buy developing good content & building links to your site. This is a grossly oversimplified answer, but that's how it's done, at least if you're looking for free search engine traffic.

When people look to pay for traffic to their site, it's largely worthless. Unless things have changed, paid traffic comes by way of incentivized views (paid to click, autosurfing sites, etc) or nagware like popovers, popunders, frames, etc. If your goal is to raise your website's Alexa ranking or viewer metrics on other analytics sites (compete.com is all I can think of right now) - then it has some value, even though these metrics are rather worthless in terms of any monetary value. A negative byproduct of a bunch of popover / popunder / autosurf traffic can be Google getting a hold of your site's bounce rate for random visitors & it affecting your site's ranking in Google.

You can find sites that will sell guaranteed signups - that's probably more in line with what you're wanting, but at the end of the day, you'll be exceptionally lucky to get anything meaningful from people who were paid to view your site or are receiving some other benefit in viewing your site or people who were "tricked" into viewing your site.

Your site is targeting an exceptionally competitive market (over saturated, really) in terms of keywords, but your best course of action, in my experience, would be to setup a blog on your site or any site, write about relent topics, link to your affiliate site from your blog & work on building links to your blog from various sources (articles, forums, social networking sites, other blogs, etc). *Do not* spend any time or effort trying to rank or drive paid traffic to your cookie-cutter affiliate site.

While I was still learning, I made so little money promoting these types of programs, and I made squat with the hundreds I spent on paid traffic, solo ads and the like in the early 2000s. People do make money promoting these programs, but the way to do it is invest time & effort in increasing traffic to a site you own and control where there's actual content that search engines can index & send targeted traffic to.

Buying traffic may seem like an easy solution to a complex problem, but it's not going to give you the results you're after unless your only goal is to increase pageviews. That it can do, but not much else.
