Cut defense entirely, then the rebel flag conservatives could protect America with all of their guns since their more patriotic than progressives.
Cut all Federal money for Welfare programs in conservative states.
Cut all Federal money for unemployment for conservatives states.
Cut corporate America subsidy handouts to oil, drug and insurance companies.
Cut tax breaks for companies outsourcing.
Cut taxes breaks for any company using off-shoring tax havens.
Cut all Federal money going to conservative states for Dept. of Education.
Cut all Federal money for Farm subsidies in conservative states.
Cut all Federal money going to conservative states for infrastructure of roads and bridges.
Cut all regulations in conservative states for water and air protection.
Cut all Federal money going to conservative states for Hurricane recovery.

My fellow Conservatives would like this because of a smaller government and our deficit would be reduced...
