My account got suspended on twitter?!?!?!?

My account got suspended on twitter..so I filled out the form and everything on twitter support like it asked me to, after i got an email saying my account has been UN-suspended and in an hour the number of my followers will be normal...but it's been like 3 days and my account still remains suspended...and it still has the suspended note on top when I log on...I've tried this soo many times but every time I get an email saying it's un-suspended but it really isn't?!!? what to do? please help me!!!
