Enter key only moves to a new line when messaging instead of sending the message?

Enter key only moves to a new line when messaging instead of sending the message?
When I try and send a message on Facebook/Twitter, all it does is start a new line.
Any suggestions?

Facebook is actually making stupid changes to their site. You could check the Quick Reply mode which makes you able to press enter to send Smile
