What is this twitter app for android called?

I want the twtter app where all people tweets just pop up in one of my homescreens.

With Tweetdeck, there are some advantages: you save some space (517 B, not much, but may help) and it's many apps-in-one, since you can use it for Twitter of course, but also Facebook, Buzz, and Foursquare.
