1.Choose a clan game - preferably a multiplayer one... preferably one you are actually good at Smile

2.Get some members - Get friends to join in the beginning; don't be one of those pathetic people who resort to the highly desperate and annoying act of random clan invite spam.

3. Play as a team AND WIN - you need to impress people if you want them to want to join your clan.

4. Hold regular clan events - I used to play with a GOW clan (I wasn't a member; only friends with a number of members) that had some really fun events including things like "witch hunt".

5. Be exclusive - Don't invite/let every Tom, Dick and Harry join... most decent gamers despise clans where they are going to spend 90% of the time playing with punk kids who think its big to scream obscenities in their annoying prepubescent voices. And only invite/let people join who actually play the game regularly and show some talent. Which leads onto the next point...

6. ...You're creating a video games clan; not a cheerleading squard! - Don't be one of those sad, pretentious, power hungry clans that invites people to "try out" for spots on the clan because you like rejecting people. Besides only desperate people will be willing to attend try outs unless you are a top seed clan. If you find a decent player, ask to play with them again sometime. If they are talented AND you get along, invite them to join your clan but don't go all crazy on them if they decline (I've had to block more than a hundred clan leaders over the years because they got really abusive when I politely explained that I wasn't interested in joining any clan, period.)
