I was getting some fuel to make 2 cycle mix for my leaf blower..and there were several men in trucks that would pull up and just really loudly talk to each other..shouting stuff to each other like "Yeah! I dont think i am going to invite Rick to the Christmas party yet!..He really still needs to work on his social skills ! LOL!!"" and then drive off in a really loud truck..(with muffler off)

I dont if i was just being overly critical..but i was very irritated..as i was trying to concentrate on putting the right amoutn of oil with the fuel mix i was making.

and then another guy gets out of his truck and shouts reallly loudly to me as i was shaking the container with mix oil..."SHAKE IT!! SHAKE IT !!SHAKE IT!! LOL!! " and I looked at him..and i know he was just "trying to be funny"...but i just laughed..and then ignored him...it almost was like he was saying "I am jealous of you! you look smart!" ?

how possible and why peopel aer like this? how common in USA vs Britain if know?

I think you're being overly-sensitive and anti-social.

Ok first of all the fact that you say that people are saying "LOL" just proves you're anti-social.
Second of all, really? A person jealous of you for mixing oil. He was just trying to lighten up the mood.

Get your head out of your pants and off your computer and welcome to the real world, where people are social and open, no filters here. Go make some friends.

Over-sensitive prick..
