Is someone trying to steal my Twitter account?

Ok, so the problem is that I'm getting these Reset Your Password email notifications from twitter like every 15 mins. I already changed my password, even my username but I'm still getting these emails no matter what I do.

So, is it because someone is trying to steal my twitter account o what? x.x
