Twitter account hacked / can't log in?

I had 2 main accounts for twitter on my phone. One got completely deleted: can't find when searched / can't log in. And my other (my main) still exist but when I try to log in it say wrong password or username. I changed my password and it still won't work. Help I want my followers back..

Try Recovering your Account By Hitting Forgot password Put in your Username and Change your password Again i know you Did it once but do it One More Time If it Still Does Not Work its Possible the Username Or Email Could've been Changed Go to the Twitter Help Center and Open Up a Ticket With Twitter and the Support Team will Look into it For you
