This would be referred to as an RSS feed.
Most blogging websites support this function.
If you wanted someone to follow your blog through Twitter then you should see if Twitter supports RSS and set up an RSS feed straight to a Twitter account for your blog followers. Smile

Follow this way to add follow button to your blog
Select Layout & choose Add a gadget wherever you want to put follow button.There are various Following options available. Select any one (ex: google follow, followers) would you like to insert
