My twitter page is now just text and not the normal interface I have been using. How do I go back?

My twitter page just recently switched itself into a version that is scattered text and underlines. I have tried opening it in different browsers with the same result. I can only add new tweets through an outside website called Twitpic. How can I go back to my previous set-up and start tweeting like normal again?
