You can go to the hair saloon and show them the pictures. Other wise you moose to get the volume he has and make the sides of your hair a little shorter than the top of your hair

Well, most people I know with really cool haircuts simply print the picture out and go to a stylist. They then cut your hair that way and offer you the type of gel to use and what not c:.
