I suggest creating original videos that people are interested in that require A LOT of work. It may take a few misses to finally get a hit, but if you work hard enough, you will get those subscribers!
Good luck with your hunt for subs mate! Ads |

Now it is hard to start from scratch on Youtube, but here are a couple of pointers.
-Meet some bigger Youtubers that do the same thing as you -Promise your current subscribers certain dates for videos or someway that they will want to stay subscribed -Get some friends to get the word out that you have good videos -Get a Facebook/Twitter page up where your favorite subscribers can follow you and like -Improve video quality -Make your Youtube page good looking, and get yourself a unique name to call everyone -Look at big Youtubers for their technique Hope this helps! P.S. I will subscribe to you if i get the best answer (because then you can respond) |

I had the same problem! I just started creating some pretty neat videos like tutorials, games, (show some cool things you do on a game) blog, video diary, arts and crafts, music videos, parodys, etc., just make them cool and think "if I were watching this video, would I subscribe to it?" That should get you some subscribers(:

You can have a lot of YouTube subscribers by making good videos that everyone could enjoy, focus on one topic, upload frequently and have a nice video with a good layout.
Also try to promote your videos, ask your friends to help you out. Share your videos on a social network site (remember DON'T spam). Do giveaways and more. Read the YouTube creator's blog: http://www.youtube.com/yt/creators/ |
