Where in Europe can I find an owl handling experience?

I am backpacking in Europe for a month with my sister and she loves owls and has always wanted to handle one. I am happy to take her to anyplace but within Spain, Italy and France would be ideal.

going by what i see online the above sites is the way to contact people to get to the large get togethers where i see online shorts of people actually being able to pet owls - which are classed with the preditory birds of the falcon clubs.
