How to see if people have replied to my tweet on Twitter?

So I'm fairly new to twitter. I've @replied to people's tweets to answer questions and you can see it on my page. But how do THEY see it?

For example, on my twitter page, I asked a question the other day. How do I know if anyone's answered it with "@myname answer". I can't figure it out.
But where does it come up at?

it automatically comes up for them, you don't have to do anything.

Up near the top of your twitter page, it says "@Mentions" and you can click on that to see who has replied to you. (BTW, you should follow me! @sonjeeboyquotes and tweet me saying your following!)

You can look at the "@MENTIONS" to see if people have replied or mentioned you to their tweets.
