Can I do anything about people stealing my pictures?

I know it might sound a little stupid.. and I know it happens to a lot of people. But I'm really getting sick of it!

There's one particular fake I'm getting tired of, he/she steals my pictures, and tweets word for word. This same person does it on Twitter and Facebook. It's not even like they just use MY pictures, they even post pictures of my family literally pretending to be me.
