how can i get my myspace video on to my facebook?

i uploaded a video onto my myspace at a friends house so no i don't have it saved anywhere on my computer. it is on my account though, and tagged on my twitter account. so how do i get it on facebook?
the savevid wouldnt take the video and the other one is for a phone...? i think.

Search on google:download myspace videos.
I know 2 sites on which you can download your myspace video:

http://www.vuclip.com
After downloding you can upload it to facebook.
For that see your facebook accoitn settings.
