im looking for other social networking apps like Twitter that isn't blocked in China. I have a friend who is currently stationed in China and can't get to Twitter, Facebook, Myspace etc... Anything like that? But NOT blocked in China? Thank you so much.

Umm i'm pretty sure that you could use Google+ thats similar to facebook and other social network sites....try that.

Try Google+ That May Be Blocked Tho Or Friend Project they dont Have a App But they have a Mobile Site tho m.friendproject.net if those are Blocked than your Out of Luck the Government in China Has Blocked a Lot of Social networking Sites
