why do justin bieber's fans do this on twitter?

im a huge justin bieber fan, and i know a lot about him and whats going on with him, etc. but i really need to know this:
on a lot of justin's fans' tweets, theyll have a number at the end. what does this number mean? and how can i figure out what mine is?

its the justin beiber fan club id you have to join the club to join it

It's their ID number for the fan club they're in. It's no big deal. So basically find a fan club and get a number. Then you can be like all the other bieber lovers!

sometimes people send him the same tweets like 100 times to make their tweet have a better chance of getting noticed by him. They put the number to keep track on which number they are on.

You do not need a number. Just.. random fans tweet Justin Bieber and they write at the end of their tweet how much times they actually tweeted Justin Bieber. They usually write a number at the end of their tweet to show everyone including Justin Bieber knows how much times it took Justin Bieber to notice that tweet. Sometimes it could be number 30, or 100 they just spam him over and over again to get Justin Bieber to notice them. I wouldn't really spam him even though he gets millions of tweets a day he sees that they are spamming him and it just sometimes annoys Justin. Who likes to be spammed? Lol. Even though that is the only way to get noticed by him really..
