How to figure out who made a harassing twitter?
So somebody made a twitter, threatening to tell everyone my other friend's secrets. Since it didn't directly say her name, we can't report it, nor do we want to. What is a way that we can figure it o ut ? Like I need some kind of plan hahhahaha

Block that user and be done with it, it on online so it will stay online there not a lot you can do about it.
